The project Meraki Lofts
The new residential building is located in Via R. Simen.
The building is only 150 meters from the shore of Lake Maggiore and only 500 meters from Locarno railroad station.

Architecture and Design
As for the residential and commercial part, the proposed residential typologies include and combine both functions, defining a hybrid between living and working that fits well with the contemporary lifestyle.
These new hybrid typologies respond to new living needs and at the same time resolve the required percentages between the residential part and the commercial part.

In the heart of Minusio
Minusio is rich in historical, cultural and social traditions, with origins dating back to pre-Roman and Roman times, and has continued to develop, expanding its own autonomous infrastructures. Originally a rural town, it has now become mainly a tourist center and residential area.
A popular pedestrian and bicycle path crosses the municipal territory along the lake shore and leads between the mouths of the Fontile and Navegna streams to the historical and artistic monument of Cà di Ferro. The massive structure, of a downright mysterious appearance, was originally a fort/barracks for mercenaries and a stately residence.
Further up, in Rivapiana, on the rock overlooking the lake, the church dedicated to St. Quiricus dominates with its bell tower in Romanesque style (XV c.).
However, if you go up the paths to the Cardada mountain, you will reach numerous places that offer breathtaking views of the Lake Maggiore basin.
